How do I pay for classes?
IGCO accepts cash, check or card for payment of classes, attire and gear. There is a drop box for payment for monthly fees as well.
What should my child wear for class?
For dance and tumbling classes we recommend the child to wear a leotard. They can as well wear tight shorts or tight pants over them for the colder days. Leotards, shorts and gi's are available for purchase at the gym club.
Is there a make-up class available?
You may speak with a staff member to discuss the availability in other classes to make up a missed class.
What are your term dates?
We offer a fall, spring and summer session. Summer hours are different than the rest of the year. Hours and sign-ups will be posted at the gym club.
Is there a registration fee?
We do not require an inital registration fee. Our fees are only a monthly fee for recreational members. If a member joins a competition program there are fees for attire, competitions and other things.
Are your teachers qualified?
Our teachers are experienced, qualified instructors with most having experience as performers and competitiors themselves.
Can we still join your classes after the term has started?
Non-competitive participants may sign up at any time during the season. Competitive performers will need to speak with Donna.
Can parents watch?
There are multiple seating areas for family members and friends to enjoy the site of the child participating and learning in class.
What is your ratio of children to coaches?
Our recreational tumbling classes are divided by age and skill and placed with an instructor in groups of 3 to 6. Martial Arts classes are scheduled by age with the same instructors for each class. In dance, the recreational groups range from 3 to 8 depending on age.
Are classes all year long?
IGCO is closed for holidays as well as a short break in between sessions. All closings will be posted in advance in our building and a reminder will go out on our facebook page and website.
